The staff were extremely friendly. Beds were comfy. - the room was excellent quality and modern. - Pleasant view over the valley. - the location in a good area was excellent and beautiful.

Dan was an awesome Host and his Staff were equally attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never experienced such care and help in a hotel from 5 Star hotels to Backpacking establishments, around the world. They made traveling with a disabled Mum and a tiny 3 months old baby an extremely easy and pleasant experience. I can’t praise them enough.

Unbeatable and picturesque spot near a Marstons Inn or pub, motorways, the roundabout.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Blackburn. The service at this brand-new hotel was terrific. The food was incredible and served in the restaurant. I had the double room, it was warm. Wake up calls and ironing were free of charge too.

Convenient central location and close to a motorway, I was pleased with the high standard and brand-new double room I booked here.

I stayed in a double room at Willows, Blackburn By Marston's Inn for 4 nights. the staff was attentive and the service was great, making my stay very enjoyable. the hotel is in a magnificent location near a lovely lake.

The breakfast at Willows, Blackburn By Marston's Inn is generous and sensational, with perfectly cooked bacon and poached eggs. the extremely friendly staff provides excellent service. the location is ideal, with a very large bar area. the nearby pub offers excellent drinks in a charming setting just off the Cathedral.
